Light straw-yellow hue with a savoury, complex bouquet that suggests that a little barrel work has been done. It’s very appealing, the palate flavour very spicy and pot-pourri-like. With savoury complexities that raise it above the ruck. The finish is harmonious and long, the texture soft and seamless. 91/100
