Buttery and flinty nose. Restrained soft vanilla custard, white peaches and ginger spice on the palate with flinty minerality carrying through on to the finish.

Gorgeous, ripe and generous Gippsland, with red apples, creamy yellow peach, hints of sherbet, subtle oak spices with a long flinty finish.
